We are pleased to announce that beginning February 14, 2008, all full-time state, school district, charter school, higher education employees and pre-65 retirees, as well as spouses and dependents over the age of 18 who are covered under the state group health plan can
- attend a free Biometric Health Screening at most work locations (through May 30, 2008)
- To schedule an appointment for a biometric health screening nearest you, please visit www.employeesignup.com/staywell/EventHome.htm and type DelaWELL as the Company ID.
- Please check the website weekly for location updates. Screenings will be held at multiple locations in all three counties, at most agency and school district locations, and will accommodate both workday and evening appointment times.
- You may submit biometric health screening results from your health care provider if you work at a location that did not have a sponsored health screening, were unable to attend a State of Delaware sponsored health screening, choose to go to your own physician, or have current screening results within six months from your health care provider.
Full-time active Employees who attend a Biometric Health Screening AND complete a 2008 HRA will receive a $100 pre-tax incentive. |
