The mission of the State of Delaware “DelaWELL” comprehensive wellness program is to bring about awareness, knowledge, and ultimately changes in personal health risk behaviors and overall well-being of employees, in order that the lives of state employees and the welfare of the state as a whole will be significantly improved.
