Brain Health 101
   You will learn:
  • What you can do to keep your brain healthy.
  • The difference between Normal Aging, Dementia, and Alzheimer's Disease.
  • The warning signs, diagnosis, disease process, and treatments of Alzheimer's Disease.
  • Resources for caregivers of family members or friends with Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.
The classes will be led by a community educator from the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter.

The ABC's of Medicare: What you need to know
   You will learn:
  • The fundamentals of Medicare A, B, C & D eligibility and enrollment
  • Points to consider in weighing and selecting your health care options
  • Available resources for pre-retirees and caregivers in the Delaware community
The classes will be co-led by educators from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Delaware Department of Insurance (DOI)
